Yes! We require a £15 deposit when you make your booking, this is to secure the appointment and also any future appointments.

Depending on coat type, lifestyle and styling you should aim to have your dog groomed regularly. For example - a cockapoo in a teddy cut should be groomed within a 6 week period or a cocker spaniel that's kept short can be pushed further between an 8-10 week period.

We ask you to work with us and help your doggy get used to the grooming process by brushing at home, touching their paws and faces etc. with positive reinforcement.

Do not apply their tick and flea treatment within 48hrs of the appointment in case of it not working as efficiently.  

Do not feed your dog right before the appointment and let them do the toilet as they can be in for a couple of hours. They will always have access to water and treats.

We understand that life happens sometimes, please let us know as soon as possible. Free cancellations up until 2 days prior to your appointment. If a no show occurs then you will be charged for the missed appointment.

If you’re running late to an appointment we may need to reschedule or shorten the appointment.

We will absolutely give it a go and always try our best to help, however, we cannot guarantee miracles!

The self-service bath is a first come first serve basis. All towels, shampoos, brushes and dryers are provided to ensure your doggy gets only the best! If the station is free we ask you to sign in and will suggest how much time we think you'd need, however, if more time is necessary then this can be added, pricing starts from £12 per 10 minutes and we ask everyone to keep the station clean for the next client. 

Of course! We aim to have your doggy as comfortable as possible the whole time that's why all grooms are catered to the needs of your dog, whether they're elderly and need breaks or nervous and need reassurance - we treat them like they're our own!

We want your doggy to be happy and healthy first and foremost. Matting can cause pain and skin issues. The best thing to do for a severely matted dog would be to clip off and start fresh. We can then maintain the coat and have them looking super cute!
